
Please have your customer number and the name of your sales representative ready when placing orders. All orders will be confirmed by letter sent via USPS. Please check all information for accuracy and contact us immediately if there is an error.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Price are listed per linear foot, with a 6 foot minimum per frame, except where noted otherwise.
Shipment of finished product will be within 4-6 weeks.
CREDIT
For new customers, we ask for a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of order, and the balance will be due C.O.D. After credit has been established, the terms of payment are net 30 days. For past due accounts, a 1.5% service charge will be added to your account.
PACKING AND SHIPPING
If the dimensions of the frame are within those accepted by regular ground couriers, UPS or Fed Ex will be used. For these frames we will provide the packing free of charge, while the shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Please request any special shipping preferences at the time of order.
For oversized frames, secure shipping requires a wood crate, which will be at the customer’s expense. At the time of order, we will provide an estimate of the costs of crating and shipping.
SAMPLES
For full corner samples there will be a charge for 2 linear feet. Additional 6” samples may be provided for variations in color or leaf of the same profile. We will provide the customer with a coupon for the cost of the sample which may be applied towards any future invoice.
FINISHES AND PROFILES
The finishes provided on our profiles may be interchanged, most at no extra charge.
